Well this year I made a batch of chocolate ganache cupcakes for St. Valentine’s Day. This used to be something I’d make when I was married, along with buying and arranging a dozen long stem roses. It seems a little silly I suppose to make cupcakes for my office, but I figure it’s good to think of others. So far, most of them have been eaten, so I take that as a good sign ;-)

I would speak of my own personal feelings, but I think I’m done with that. I have a feeling that my last emotional outpouring only pushed things further away. So for now on, I’m not going to mention that part of my life any more.

I had been clinging on to memories and dreams that should have been put to rest a long time ago. So I’m going to do my best to filter out the activity I used to be watching for. Its not healthy for me to hold on to those things and I’m not doing anyone any favors by holding on to the past.

Anyway, I’ve already rambled on too much. I hope that everyone has a special day today and that they know how much they are loved by those closest to them. May today remind you that love is a fountain that never ceases to flow, as long as we live in peace and harmony with the world around us.
